Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase.
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges or returns can be processed quickly and easily by clicking here.
Return Period:
We offer a 14-day return period during which customers may return their package without having to provide a reason. This 14-day period starts upon receipt of the package. Please note that the return must be sent back to our warehouse in the within these 14 days.
Return Conditions:
All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with tags still attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
NOTE:
For sale items, Amare does not offer refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or for store credit.
For 1+1 deals, both items must be returned together. We cannot offer a refund or store credit if only one of the two items is returned. However, items in a 1+1 deal may be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product. If you only wish to exchange one of the items, return only the one you wish to exchange and keep the other.
Return Costs:
Returns are at your own expense, depending on the courier and the country from which you are returning the package to our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Return Processing Time:
If you indicate that you want to exchange a product when registering your return, we will start processing it immediately. This allows us to ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. After your return has been received in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. You can track when your package arrives at our warehouse using the tracking number from your return shipment. From that moment, the 10-working-day window begins. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a notification. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available?
Please contact our customer service team to discuss the options. We will inform you when we expect the product to be available again. If you've already returned your item and the product is sold out, we will get in touch with you to find a solution.
Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you did not receive this email correctly, our customer service team will be happy to help.
What should I do if a product is delivered damaged or defective?
Unfortunately, products can occasionally be damaged during shipping or production. We are, of course, happy to resolve this with you. Send a message to info@amare-wear.com including a photo of the issue. Our customer service team will work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution.
What should I do if I want to return my order after the return period?
Please remember to return your order within the 14-day period before it expires. In the unlikely event that you are unable to do so, we offer the option to exchange the product for a replacement or a store credit. Contact our customer support team to discuss the available options.
